A Collection of Promotional Movie Press Photographs from MGM Hong Kong and Humming Bird Films - A collection of promotional movie press photographs, predominantly black and white, with group of smaller stack of color prints. The black and white prints are publicity stills or press photographs, indicative of a mid-to-late 20th-century style, depicting various scenes such as crowds with flags, people with suitcases, and silhouettes. These are on glossy photographic paper with a consistent white margin at the bottom featuring black text, including ”COPYRIGHT © MGM HONG KONG, INC. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. FOR USE IN NEWSPAPERS AND MAGAZINES IN THE PROMOTION AND PUBLICITY OF DIONO J. S. A. HUMMING BIRD FILMS.” Individual black and white prints also bear production codes such as ”BM-54,” ”BM-11,” ”BM-97,” or ”GM-11.” The visible color prints include a portrait of a man, with image indicating ”Photographed January 1991.” Burns in-house shipping is available. Pick up is Saturday, Nov. 22, from 11 am to 2 pm at our gallery in Lancaster, Ohio 43130 or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
