A group of Vintage Moonglow and Czech Glass Buttons on Display Card - A group of vintage buttons, predominantly crafted from various types of molded and carved glass, including opaque, translucent, and possibly milk glass, with some potential plastic examples. The buttons exhibit a diverse range of styles, designs, and colors such as white, yellow, green, red, pink, brown/caramel, and blue, often featuring gilt accents, painted details, and small clear rhinestones. Many examples display characteristics consistent with ”moonglow” glass, and the overall style suggests Czech origin. The buttons are presented on a yellowed cardboard display card, organized into group of groups within printed blue outlines resembling decorative bowls or baskets. A handwritten inscription in the upper left corner of the card reads ”Back to Mom's place.” Card measures approximately 10.5 inches (26.7 cm) high by 8.5 inches (21.6 cm) wide. Burns in-house shipping is available. Pick up is Saturday, Nov. 22, from 11 am to 2 pm at our gallery in Lancaster, Ohio 43130 or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
