A Collection of Vintage Shell and Mother-of-Pearl Buttons, including Floral and Painted Designs, on a Display Card - A group of vintage buttons, predominantly crafted from various types of shell, including mother-of-pearl. The assortment showcases a wide range of shapes, sizes, and decorative techniques, including carved geometric and floral patterns, iridescent and painted designs, alongside several elongated, marquise-shaped examples. The buttons are presented on an aged, beige cardstock backing. The reverse of the card is hand-noted ”Button Mounting Supplies,” ”Edith A.
