A Collection of Antique and Vintage Waistcoat Jewels - A group of assorted small, decorative buttons or ”waistcoat jewels,” hand-mounted in a diamond-shaped arrangement on a textured, cream-colored card. The buttons feature a variety of designs and materials, including brass or gold-toned metal settings, many with faceted or cabochon centers made of colored or clear glass, opaque glass, enamel, and possibly carved resin or shell, reflecting diverse antique or vintage styles. Handwritten text at the top of the card reads ”Waist Coat Jewel” and ”C. H. K. i. $2.00.” Card measures approximately 10 inches (25.4 cm) high by 7 inches (17.8 cm) wide. Burns in-house shipping is available. Pick up is Saturday, Nov. 22, from 11 am to 2 pm at our gallery in Lancaster, Ohio 43130 or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
