A Collection of Victorian Czech Red Glass Buttons with Gilt Decoration - A group of vintage buttons, each crafted from translucent, deep red glass. Many feature intricate gilt surface decorations, showcasing a diverse array of motifs including floral patterns, geometric arrangements, paisleys, and a distinct castle emblem. The collection displays a variety of shapes, such as round, oval, rectangular, and faceted designs. Some buttons incorporate darker, possibly black, material within their translucent bodies. The buttons are currently arranged on a white display board with drawn blue circles and handwritten notes such as 'med' and 'thea'. Board dimensions: 9 inches (22.86 cm) wide. Button sizes: Ranging from approximately 0.25 inches (0.6 cm) to 1 inch (2.5 cm) in diameter/length. Burns in-house shipping is available. Pick up is Saturday, Nov. 22, from 11 am to 2 pm at our gallery in Lancaster, Ohio 43130 or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
