A Collection of Antique and Vintage Decorative Metal Buttons, Embellished with Paste Stones and Cut Steel - A group of antique or vintage decorative buttons, displayed on cream-colored cardboard sheets marked with hand-drawn circles. The buttons are crafted from various metals including brass, bronze, and silver-toned alloys. They exhibit a range of styles such as armorial (e.g., a shield with a crescent moon and stars), elaborate floral and foliate designs, geometric patterns, classical profile busts (including a knight's helmet), and rococo-inspired flourishes. Many buttons are embellished with faceted paste stones or cut steel accents, and some show two-tone metalwork. Sizes from approximately 0.5 to 1.25 inches in diameter. Burns in-house shipping is available. Pick up is Saturday, Nov. 22, from 11 am to 2 pm at our gallery in Lancaster, Ohio 43130 or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
