A Collection of Vintage Tortoiseshell-Effect Resin Buttons - A group of assorted buttons, primarily crafted from a synthetic resin emulating tortoiseshell with mottled patterns in amber, brown, black, and orange tones, mounted on a grid-patterned, discolored yellow paper display card. The buttons exhibit a wide range of shapes, including circular, square, triangular, and floral. Designs are diverse, featuring smooth polished surfaces, carved geometric patterns, raised relief details such as intertwined serpents or stylized birds, and metallic inlays in a brass or bronze hue; some also incorporate clear faceted glass or rhinestone-like elements. Buttons vary in size from approximately 0.5 to 2 inches in diameter. Burns in-house shipping is available. Pick up is Saturday, Nov. 22, from 11 am to 2 pm at our gallery in Lancaster, Ohio 43130 or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
