The buttons present a diverse array of designs, including pictorial motifs such as a basket of fruit, heraldic shields, anchors, crowns, a fleur-de-lis, a padlock, a bicycle, and a small wooden button featuring a functional compass insert indicating cardinal and intercardinal directions.
