A Pair of Contemporary Stoneware Studio Pottery Bowls - A pair of contemporary studio pottery bowls, likely crafted from stoneware. The larger bowl features a speckled cream-colored glaze with subtle horizontal banding on its exterior, and an interior adorned with abstract purple/blue and pale green decoration; its unglazed base is impressed with a cursive signature reading ”Garrett”. The second bowl exhibits a textured, stippled grey-green exterior accented by a prominent sweeping tan band, while its interior displays concentric and grid-like ridged patterns; an indistinct impressed maker's mark is visible on its unglazed base. Larger bowl: 11.5 inches diameter, 6 inches high Smaller bowl: 10 inches diameter, 5 inches high Both bowls are in good overall condition, with no chips or cracks evident. Minor surface wear consistent with age and use. Burns in-house shipping is available.
