American Bisque Cat Kitten On Beehive Flower Cookie Jar, circa 1950s - An American Bisque 'Cat Kitten On Beehive Flower' cookie jar, dating to the circa 1950s. This lidded glazed ceramic jar features a horizontally ribbed, predominantly yellow body with brown gradient accents. It is decorated with colorful floral and butterfly transferware decals in hues of blue, pink, and brown. The lid is topped with a figural sculpture of two cream-colored cats, one resting while the other is positioned behind it. Raised lettering ”USA” is impressed on the side of the base, and a faint, raised ”V” mark is visible on the interior of the lid. Height: 10 inches Good overall condition. No chips or cracks. Minor wear consistent with age, particularly on the unglazed foot rim. Burns in-house shipping is available.
