McCoy 'Dalmatian Puppys in Rocking Chair' Ceramic Cookie Jar, circa 1961 - A McCoy 'Dalmatian Puppys in Rocking Chair' ceramic cookie jar, circa 1961. This glazed ceramic figurative novelty cookie jar depicts a family of Dalmatian dogs and puppies. A prominent Dalmatian, wearing a red collar, is situated in a rocking cradle-like basket with several puppies, partially covered by a yellow blanket. Additional puppies are molded into the base surrounding the cradle. The item is decorated in a black, white, and yellow color scheme, accented with a small red detail on the collar. The word ”COOKIES” is present in raised lettering on the front of the base. The underside features an impressed stylized maker's mark along with the inscription ”USA”. 8.5 inches tall No chips or cracks. The ceramic surface exhibits visible crazing, particularly evident on the base. Burns in-house shipping is available.
