19th Century 10k Gold Shell Cameo Ring - An antique 10k gold ring from the 19th century, featuring a finely carved shell cameo depicting a female profile. The cameo is set within an oval bezel with engraved details on its shoulders, and the ring is completed with a split-shank band. The 10k gold content is confirmed by a ”10K” stamp visible inside the band. Weight: 1.88 grams Good antique condition, showing minor surface wear and patina consistent with its age.
