A Group of Decorative Arts, including Arthur Armour and Canterbury Arts Trays, Knights Templar and DeMolay Steins, a Marilyn Monroe Lunchbox, and W&S Blackinton Co. Dishes - This diverse lot comprises three hammered and etched aluminum trays, two by Arthur Armour featuring floral and butterfly motifs, and one by Canterbury Arts with a geometric design. Also included are two ceramic steins with hinged pewter-tone metal lids: a taller ”Knights Templar First Edition No. 573 of 1,000” stein depicting a knight and historical text, and a shorter ”75 Anniversary of DeMolay 1919-1994 Second Edition No. 149 of 1,000” stein with knightly figures. A vintage-style metal lunchbox for ”The Seven Year Itch” starring Marilyn Monroe, noted to include a metal drink container, holds a coordinating thermos. Completing the group is a stack of four small, oval, pewter-like metal dishes with decorative rims, one bearing an impressed ”W&S BLACKINTON CO.” mark on the underside. The ceramic steins are in good condition. The metal lunchbox exhibits minor scuffs. The pewter-like metal dishes show a dull finish and light wear. Burns in-house shipping is available. Pick up is Tuesday, Dec. 16 from 2pm to 7 pm at our gallery in Lancaster, Ohio 43130 or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
