Album of ESSO Advertising Cards for Anchor Hocking 'Tiger Tumblers' and Pitcher - A collection of mid-20th century advertising cards for Anchor Hocking Glass, promoting ”ANCHOR HOCKING FOREIGN LANGUAGE TIGER TUMBLERS and MATCHING PITCHER.” Each card, made of paper or cardstock, features a vibrant, illustrative design centered around a tiger head motif on a yellow background, and clearly displays the slogan ”ESSO says, 'Put a Tiger in your tank!'”. The cards also depict clear glass tumblers and pitchers adorned with tiger patterns. The collection is housed in a white plastic three-ring binder with clear plastic protector sheets. A handwritten yellow tag attached to one page identifies the item as an ”Album of ESSO Advertising Cards” by ”Anchor Hocking Glass,” with additional markings ”#79 42”.
