10 Karat Yellow Gold Sapphire and Diamond Cluster Ring 2.27 grams 14k gold size 7 - 2.27 grams 1k gold size 7. A finger ring featuring a cluster setting constructed of 10 karat yellow gold, as indicated by the ”10KT” hallmark stamped on the interior of the band. The head of the ring utilizes a -tone design with white metal settings for the gemstones, arranged in a starburst cluster surrounding the central stone. The primary stone is a marquise-cut dark blue sapphire. This is encircled by a cluster of small round and baguette-cut accent stones, presumed to be diamonds.
