A group of US Mint Sets, NGC Storage Boxes, and Foreign Numismatic Items, Coins - A comprehensive collection of numismatic items, storage containers, and related collectibles. The lot includes silver-colored NGC (Numismatic Guaranty Corporation) storage boxes designed for slabbed coins, and a long red cardboard storage box. The collection features official United States Mint Coin Sets: a 1979 Uncirculated Set, which includes US stamps and features a likeness of Jimmy Carter on the folder, and 2009 Uncirculated Sets, a for the Philadelphia Mint and a for the Denver Mint. The lot contains individual coins housed in clear plastic or paper flips. Many of these flips bear handwritten identification notes detailing country codes, primarily NETH (Netherlands), and dates ranging from 1881 to 1942. Also included is a layered silver and karat gold commemorative coin dated 1789, bearing a George Washington likeness. This commemorative coin is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) from the National Historic Mint. The collection is completed by a substantial stack of trading cards featuring blue borders. Burns in-house shipping is available.
