A group of Late 19th Century Masonic and Knights Templar Commemorative Medals - A group of late 19th century fraternal organization commemorative medals, constructed from gold-toned metal with polychrome enamel detailing. Both items are two-part badges featuring a top pin bar linked to a central hanging medallion or fob via short chains. The first medal is associated with the Royal Arch Masons, designated for ”Orient Chapter N°138” in ”BROOKLYN N.Y.” This badge features white, red, green, and blue enamel accents. The reverse is stamped with the maker's mark: ”C.S. GRAVE & CO., MAIDEN LANE NEW YORK.” The second, larger medal commemorates the ”28TH TRIENNIAL CONCLAVE” held in ”BOSTON” in the year ”1895.” This badge is associated with the ”GRAND COMMANDERY GRAND ENCAMPMENT OF MASS. AND R.I. Some of the U.S.” and features black, blue, white, and red enamel. The reverse of the pin bar is marked ”A. LORGES & CO. PROVIDENCE R.I.” The central medallion features a depiction of a mounted knight. Burns in-house shipping is available.
