Vintage Costume Jewelry, Buckles, and Assorted Personal Effects - Collection of assorted vintage accessories, findings, and personal effects dating primarily to the mid-to-late 20th century. The collection encompasses a wide variety of materials including silver-tone and gold-tone base metals, plastics such as acrylic and resin, dark wood, bone or ivory substitutes, and glass. Notable items include a large articulated green frog figurine, painted glass bird ornaments, a small blue beaded drawstring purse featuring floral designs, and bow-tie shaped metal buckles. Also present are loose buttons, small bags of jewelry findings (including mother-of-pearl and glass beads), assorted keychains, and decorative belt buckles of shapes and materials. Specific items include a 1992 Girl Scout Roundup badge, a small iridescent carnival glass dish, a small silver-tone etched tray, and a miniature trowel marked with dates 1976-77.
