A group of Vintage Carborundum Sharpening Stones and Razor Hones in Original Boxes - A group of abrasive stones, whetstones, and razor hones manufactured by The Carborundum Company of Niagara Falls, New York. The lot primarily consists of combination and single-grit sharpening stones, likely composed of silicon carbide, housed in their original period cardboard packaging. The packaging features prominent branding and product identification, utilizing yellow, orange, red, and brown color schemes. Visible product markings include ”CARBORUNDUM, ” ”Sharpening Stone, ” ”Combination Sharpening Stone, ” and specific model numbers such as ”110” and ”112.” The collection also includes a grey abrasive stone set within a stained wooden sliding box/sleeve, which is stamped with the ”CARBORUNDUM” logo along its side. A open box contains smaller stones. Burns in-house shipping is available.
