Selkirk Glass Blue Ribbon Paperweight by James Brown 2001 - A contemporary Selkirk Glass handmade paperweight in the Blue Ribbon pattern, designed by James Brown and dated 2001. The spherical glass form features an internal swirl of cobalt blue and opaque white ribbons, accented by a series of controlled air bubbles within a clear glass matrix. The base is hand-etched with the title Blue Ribbon 2001, Selkirk, Scotland, and the designer signature. The piece retains an original gold foil Selkirk Glass manufacturer sticker. This lot is accompanied by its original manufacturer literature, including a Blue Ribbon informational pamphlet and a glass care instruction card.
