Blenko 2013 Limited Edition Birthday Hearts for West Virginia Day Glass Vase 108 of 150 - This 2013 limited edition Blenko art glass vase, titled Birthday Hearts for West Virginia, was designed by Arlon Bayliss to commemorate the 150th anniversary of West Virginia statehood. The hand-blown piece is composed of turquoise and crystal glass, featuring a ballooning body with billowing heart textures that expand from a narrow base to broad rounded shoulders and a generous flared rim. The base is hand-incised with the marks Blenko, 2013, WV 150TH, 108 OF 150, Arlon Bayliss, and Walter Blenko. An oval silver-toned sticker is present on the body with the text Blenko Handcraft Made in USA. The item is accompanied by a matching documentation card identifying it as number 108 of 150.
