Blenko 2135L Strata Vase in Tangerine - A Blenko Glass Company art glass vase, model 2135L, in the Tangerine colorway. This vessel is designed with a textured pattern reminiscent of the beauty of stratified rock, known as the Strata pattern. The piece features an elliptical, flattened bulbous form with a flared rim and a horizontal ribbed bark exterior. The glass exhibits a vibrant gradient coloration, transitioning from a deep ruby red at the neck to an orange-yellow base. The lower portion of the vessel displays a bright fluorescent yellow-green glow under UV light. The base features a rough, circular red-pigmented pontil mark and is signed Blenko 2004.
