This hand painted glass basket is crafted from opaque black glass and features a crimped, ruffled rim with a twisted glass handle. The body is decorated with a hand painted jack o lantern pattern including green foliage and a white crescent moon. The pedestal base is accented with yellow rectangular patterns. The underside bears an original silver foil label with the text Handpainted in USA alongside a script F logo. The base also features an embossed script F within an oval and is handwritten in white ink with the words Hand Painted by Milton and the signature Scott K. Fenton.
