Mississippi Central Railroad Colored Waiting Room Glass Segregation Sign - A rectangular glass segregation sign from the Jim Crow era associated with the Mississippi Central railroad. The front of the sign features the text COLORED WAITING ROOM in black block letters centered on an off-white ground. Positioned below the text is a black shield-shaped logo for the Mississippi Central railroad. The reverse side of the glass panel features a stamped date of JULY 21, 1932. 25 x 8 inches. Pickup is Wednesday, April 22 from 10 am to 3 pm at our gallery in Lancaster, Ohio 43130 or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
