A Pair of Modern Fantasy Reproduction Iron Handcuffs and Leg Irons - This set consists of two modern fantasy reproduction restraint devices designed in the style of antique iron shackles. The collection includes a pair of figure 8 hand shackles and a set of leg irons. Both items are constructed from iron or steel with a dark, oxidized patina and surface pitting intended to simulate age. The hand shackles utilize a screw bolt locking mechanism with a circular bolt head stamped with the number 28 adjacent to a small hole. The leg irons feature two cuffs connected by a chain that includes a central double loop link. Each cuff on the leg irons is equipped with a cylindrical locking housing; one cuff is currently open while the other contains a ring handled bolt. These items are contemporary decorative pieces or theatrical props. Leg irons overall length: approximately 17 to 18 inches. Pickup is Wednesday, April 22 from 10 am to 3 pm at our gallery in Lancaster, Ohio 43130 or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
