Save A Penny Black Americana Still Bank - This still bank is modeled as a stylized male figure, a design commonly identified in the collector market as a Save A Penny or Give Me A Penny bank. The figure is depicted in a standing pose with hands on hips, wearing a wide-brimmed hat and a prominent collar. The front torso features embossed lettering reading SAVE A PENNY. The item is constructed of two cast iron halves joined by a single slotted screw on the reverse. A coin slot is located on the upper back, and a circular aperture is present in the crown of the hat.
