The assortment features two magazines: a May 21, 2012, issue of Newsweek with the cover story The First Gay President and a May 2009 Platinum Edition of Wizard magazine, issue 211, featuring a comic-style illustration of Barack and Michelle Obama. The book selection includes a softcover edition of Dreams from My Father by Barack Obama, a hardcover edition of Barack and Joe by Steven Levingston with a dust jacket, a softcover edition of Lincoln by Harold Holzer, and a hardcover edition of Dear Mr. President: Abraham Lincoln – Letters from a Slave Girl by Andrea Davis Pinkney with a dust jacket. Ephemera and memorabilia include a 2010 16-month calendar from African American Expressions titled From Slavery to the White House, a double-sided cardboard political hand fan with a wooden handle featuring the slogan Change We Can Believe In, and a Senator Barack Obama Dancing Rockstar! animatronic toy in its original retail box. The toy was distributed by Spencer Gifts, LLC and features Synchro-Motion technology. Toy box length: 15 inches. Pickup is Wednesday, April 22 from 10 am to 3 pm at our gallery in Lancaster, Ohio 43130 or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
