Bound Collection of Late 19th-Century Sheet Music featuring The Darkie's Dream - This is a custom-bound binder's volume containing a collection of individual sheet music publications from the late 19th century. The volume is anchored by The Darkie's Dream, composed by G. L. Lansing and arranged by Emma R. Steiner, with a copyright date of 1889 by S. W. Blair. This specific copy includes a title page featuring advertisements for the Glove Department of R. Walker and Sons, located at 33 to 43 King Street East in Toronto. Additional contents within the volume include Good Old Fashioned Tunes with the Original Calls for Dancing, published by the National Music Company of Chicago and Benjamin W. Hitchcock of New York.
