Framed Everybody Two-Step Rag Sheet Music Cover by Wallie Herzer, 1910 - This is a framed and matted sheet music cover for the ragtime composition titled Everybody Two-Step Rag. The piece was composed by Wallie Herzer, who is also credited on the cover as the composer of The Rah Rah Boy and My Portola Maid. The cover illustration features a stylized caricature of an African American man wearing a checkered jacket, a large bow tie, and striped trousers while playing a banjo. A top hat rests on the ground beside him. The graphic design includes a solid orange field with a white pill-shaped element behind the central figure. The artwork is signed in the lower left corner as MORGAN 10. The publisher is identified as Jerome H. Remick and Co., New York and Detroit. A circled number 5 appears in the lower right corner, indicating the original price. The ephemera is mounted behind a sage green mat and housed in a gold-toned ribbed wooden frame under glass.
