An Antique Needlework Alphabet Sampler - A needlework alphabet sampler executed in colored threads on a coarse, natural-toned woven ground. The textile features several rows of characters, beginning with a top row of uppercase letters in dark green. Subsequent rows display lowercase letters and numbers in shades of pink, yellow, and red. The work is presented in a simple, mitred light-wood frame with a visible grain. The reverse is secured with finishing nails and includes a hanging wire. 11.5 x 8.5 inches Burns in-house shipping is available. Pickup is Thursday, March 19, from from Noon to 3 pm at the home in Athens, OH or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
