WWII US Navy Petty Officer 2nd Class Dress Blue Uniform Set - A WWII-era US Navy Petty Officer Second Class dress blue uniform set. The ensemble includes a dark blue wool jumper, matching broad-fall trousers, a flat cap, and a black neckerchief. The jumper is fitted with a Petty Officer Second Class Fire Control Technician rank insignia on the left sleeve, featuring an eagle over two chevrons and a rangefinder specialty mark. The garment is detailed with three white stripes on the cuffs and the sailor collar. The interior of the jumper and trousers are lined with a dark satin-like material and include a woven label for the Bremerton Locker Club Tailor Shop, Bremerton, Wash. The interior also features personalized multi-colored chain-stitch embroidery identifying the original owner as E. S. Ludwick. The flat cap displays a black tally with gold-lettered U. S. NAVY.
