Roseville Pottery Florentine Pattern Low Bowl - A Roseville Pottery low bulbous bowl or ferner in the Florentine pattern, introduced circa 1924. This earthenware vessel features two integral lug handles at the rim and is decorated in high relief with alternating rectangular panels. One panel depicts a classical mythic scene with figures, while the other shows a cluster of grapes. A repeating stylized leaf and petal border encircles the shoulder. The piece is finished in a matte ochre-yellow glaze with dark brown and green accents wiped into the recesses to emphasize the molded decoration. The underside is marked with the early stylized blue R stamp characteristic of the Roseville factory. Dimensions: Approximately 8.5 to 9 inches in diameter. Burns in-house shipping is available.
