Weller Pottery Scenic Landscape Matte Glaze Ceramic Jardiniere - A Weller Pottery molded ceramic jardiniere featuring a wrap-around, high-relief scenic landscape of stylized trees and a rustic gate. The piece is finished in a multi-toned matte glaze with a light blue sky, green and yellow foliage, and brown tree trunks. The vessel is designed with a scalloped rim and a tapered body resting on a pedestal foot. The underside is embossed with the script mark Weller Pottery Since 1872 and the model number S-10. It also retains a vintage handwritten paper label reading Scenic or Serie Late Period. This item originates from Zanesville, Ohio, and dates to the company's late production period, circa 1935-1948. Height: approximately 7.5 inches. Burns in-house shipping is available.
