McCoy Loy-Nel-Art Standard Glaze Two-Handled Nasturtium Vase - An American Art Pottery earthenware vase attributed to the McCoy Loy-Nel-Art line, produced in the early 20th century. The vessel features an ovoid, slightly tapered body with a wide neck and two integrated pierced loop handles flanking the rim. The piece is finished in a classic high-gloss standard glaze, exhibiting a graduated color transition from deep chocolate brown at the neck to a dark olive green toward the base. The primary decoration consists of hand-painted impasto nasturtium blossoms in vibrant shades of cadmium yellow, orange, and deep russet, accented by trailing green vines and lily-pad-shaped leaves. The underside of the base is impressed with the numeral 02 and bears a remnant of a vintage white paper inventory label with the handwritten ink number 88/.
