** J.C. Higgins Model 88 Double-Action Revolver .22 Caliber with 6 Inch Barrel - This J.C. Higgins Model 88 is a double-action revolver chambered for .22 caliber ammunition, featuring a 6-inch steel barrel and a 9-shot fluted steel cylinder. The revolver is constructed with an aluminum alloy frame and is fitted with brown checkered plastic target-style grips featuring a thumb rest. Key markings include the model designation MODEL 88 and caliber .22 CAL. on the left side of the barrel, alongside J.C. Higgins and the manufacturer number 583.881. The left side of the frame is stamped with the serial number 706470. The firearm retains a fixed blade front sight and a notch rear sight integrated into the frame. In house shipping is available.
