A Pair of Vintage 1931 Ohio Passenger Vehicle License Plates - A matched pair of embossed metal passenger vehicle license plates issued by the state of Ohio for the year 1931. The plates feature a cream enamel ground with embossed characters finished in black. The registration number 2-205 is centered on each plate, separated by a horizontal dash. The bottom of each plate is embossed with the text OHIO-1931. The plates are rectangular with rounded corners and include four mounting holes, one at each corner. They are currently joined by wire loops through the left-side holes. The reverse of each plate displays the recessed profile of the embossed characters from the front and is finished in a matching cream color. Burns in-house shipping is available. Pickup is Thursday, May 28 from 11 am to 7 pm at our gallery in Lancaster, Ohio 43130 or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
