A Pair of Vintage 1941 Ohio Passenger Vehicle License Plates B-5038 - This lot features a matching pair of embossed steel license plates issued by the state of Ohio for the year 1941. The plates are characterized by a deep maroon background with embossed alphanumeric characters and border finished in a cream or off-white color. Centered on each plate is the registration number B-5038. The bottom edge of each plate is embossed with the text OHIO - 1941. Four pre-drilled mounting holes are located at the top and bottom edges. The two plates are currently joined together by thin wire threaded through the mounting holes. The reverse side of each plate displays the debossed mirror image of the front markings in the solid maroon base color. Burns in-house shipping is available. Pickup is Thursday, May 28 from 11 am to 7 pm at our gallery in Lancaster, Ohio 43130 or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
