A Pair of Vintage 1929 Ohio Passenger Vehicle License Plates - A matching pair of embossed metal automotive license plates from the state of Ohio, dated 1929. The plates feature a pale mint green background with embossed characters painted in black. The central registration number is a group of. The bottom edge of each plate is marked.OHIO-1929. Each plate is manufactured with a group of pre-drilled circular mounting holes located at the corners. The pair is currently held together by thin wire threaded through the mounting holes. The reverse side of each plate displays the mirrored indentation of the front embossing, with no additional manufacturer stamps or markings visible. Burns in-house shipping is available. Pickup is Thursday, May 28 from 11 am to 7 pm at our gallery in Lancaster, Ohio 43130 or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
