Vintage Hand-Colored Midget Racing Photograph by Smith's Racing Photos, 1953 - This mid-20th century hand-colored photograph depicts a driver in the cockpit of a midget race car. The vehicle is numbered 1 and features the name Duke partially visible on the cowl. The photograph is presented in an ivory-colored textured cardstock folder frame featuring gold-embossed scrolling borders. The reverse of the brown faux-leather textured backing is stamped Smith's Racing Photos, W.N. Smith, Columbus, Ohio. A faint, hand-written date on the reverse appears to be-1953. x 12 inches.
