Vintage Big Car Auto Races Official Program Logan Ohio Fairgrounds Circa 1950 - This is an original 12-page official program for a ”Big Car” auto racing event held at the Fairgrounds Race Track in Logan, Ohio. Managed by Jones Speedway, Inc. of Newark, Ohio, and sponsored by the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Chapter 68, this piece represents a significant era of regional American motorsports. The program features a comprehensive entry list of drivers and their ”Specials,” including notable figures such as Carl Scarborough, Shorty Drexler, and Ralph Martin. The interior is illustrated with photographic portraits of drivers Don Coonce, Buck Barr, Leroy Hancock, and Hoyte Ward.
