An Assortment of United States Militaria, Mining Lamps, and Historical Collectibles - This lot contains an assortment of historical military, industrial, and domestic artifacts primarily from the United States, dating from the mid-19th to mid-20th centuries. Military ordnance includes a cast iron fin-stabilized practice bomb bearing the cast mark H S & F 4 3 4 1 5 7 C, attributed to Harrison Steel & Foundry. A 20mm target practice round features a blue-tipped projectile stamped M K 7 2 0 and M K - 2 6 - 1 - D D O with a Frankford Arsenal 1944 brass casing. Ammunition further includes inert.50 BMG rounds, one with a Lake City 1945 headstamp and one with a Frankford Arsenal 1944 headstamp and a drilled casing. A cast iron pineapple-style dummy grenade body retains traces of green paint. Specialized equipment includes a vintage Weaver Model 344 rifle scope marked W. R. Weaver Co. El Paso Tex. and an American Junior Red Cross pin. Industrial history is represented by a Justrite carbide miner lamp and a wrought iron Betty lamp with a hanging hook. Tools include a Roovers New York hand embosser and an 8mm Craftsman wrench. Domestic and miscellaneous items include a wooden dinner knife with metal clover inlays marked Plummer Brand, a hand-carved wooden paddle, a lead three-groove minie ball, a vintage Schering & Glatz Anusol medical box, a bisque doll torso, a silver-tone ring, and a heavily deteriorated leather and fabric harness.
