It contains itemized entries for local residents, listing purchases of flour, coffee, tobacco, and other sundries with corresponding 19th-century prices. Additionally, the collection includes a thick, heavily worn volume repurposed as a scrapbook, filled with numerous newspaper clippings of 19th-century poetry and articles.
