The trays feature a full-color 1976 team photograph with the header text 1976 WORLD CHAMPION Cincinnati Reds. A scalloped gold-toned border includes colored pennants marking the championship years 1919, 1940, 1961, 1970, 1972, 1973, 1975, and 1976. The printed team roster at the bottom lists players and staff including Joe Morgan, Pete Rose, Tony Perez, Johnny Bench, and Sparky Anderson. The circular plate is constructed of smoked glass and features a transfer print of Riverfront Stadium surrounded by championship pennants, titled CINCINNATI REDS 1975 WORLD CHAMPIONS.
