Large American Pressed Uranium Glass Mixing Bowl Early to Mid-20th Century - This large circular mixing bowl is crafted from uranium glass, a material containing uranium oxide that produces a vivid neon-green fluorescence under ultraviolet light. The bowl is produced via pressed glass manufacturing techniques, evidenced by its uniform shape and consistent wall thickness. It features a deep well and a prominent flared rim, typical of utilitarian kitchenware designs from the early to mid-20th century. The glass surface is undecorated and smooth. No manufacturer marks or signatures are visible on the body or the base. The base is molded and smooth, lacking a pontil mark. Shipping Available.
