Large Art Nouveau Ceramic Pedestal Stand Attributed to Roseville Persian Pattern - This Art Nouveau ceramic pedestal or jardiniere stand is attributed to Roseville Pottery, specifically the Persian pattern produced in the early twentieth century. The piece is constructed from glazed earthenware and decorated using a tube-lined or slip-trailing technique. The design features vertically oriented stylized floral motifs, resembling irises or lilies, in a palette of yellow, pink, orange, and green. These motifs are positioned against a cream-colored ground and bordered by blue geometric accents. The flared top and base exhibit coordinating scrolling foliage patterns and light blue bands. The interior of the base bears an incised cross mark, which is a common assembly mark for this manufacturer and period. Height: 17.5 inches Base Diameter: 9 inches Top Rim Diameter: 8 inches.
