Vintage Budweiser Illuminated Plastic Bottle Wall Sign by Embosograph Display Mfg. Co. - This is a vintage vacuum-formed translucent plastic illuminated wall sign produced for Anheuser-Busch, Inc. The sign is modeled after a classic 12 oz returnable Budweiser beer bottle. The front features a full-color lithographed label for Budweiser King of Beers along with a secondary neck label reading Budweiser Returnable Bottle. The reverse consists of a black-painted metal backplate containing the lighting mechanism and mounting hardware. A paper manufacturer label on the reverse provides instructions for relamping Zap Art Illuminated Bottle Displays and identifies the sign as Budweiser Item 005-850. The manufacturer is listed as Embosograph Display Mfg. Co. of Lake Bluff, Illinois. The sign includes a pull-string switch with a red plastic handle and a standard two-prong electrical cord.
