1970 Schlitz Beer Illuminated Lady on the Globe Wall Sconce - This is a vintage 1970 Schlitz Brewing Company illuminated wall-mounted advertisement featuring the iconic Lady in the Globe motif. The three-dimensional sign is constructed from molded plastic with a resin-style finish. The design depicts a female figure in a gold-toned gown reclining against a world globe. The globe is encircled by a central black plastic banner featuring the Schlitz brand name in white block letters. The lower portion consists of a decorative scrolled plaque with a red inset panel reading ON DRAUGHT in white lettering. The circular border surrounding the globe mounting is embossed with the brewery's slogan and manufacturing details. The internal lighting fixture is functional, powered by an older style two-prong electrical cord.
