Vintage 1988 Bud Light Spuds MacKenzie Lighted Bar Sign - This square illuminated bar sign was manufactured by KCS Industries Inc. for Anheuser-Busch. The graphic face features the Bud Light mascot, Spuds MacKenzie, designated as The Original Party Animal. The mascot is depicted wearing a blue Bud Light sweatshirt, positioned behind a beer bottle and a filled goblet. The scene is decorated with party streamers, confetti, and balloons. A blue balloon in the lower left foreground has the name Courtney handwritten in white. The sign is constructed with a printed plastic face and a molded black plastic housing designed for wall mounting. The front face is marked with a 1987 copyright for Anheuser-Busch, Inc. The reverse features a manufacturer label identifying it as Item number 805-046 with a stamped production date of August 8, 1988. A silver Underwriters Laboratories (UL) sticker for an indoor electric sign is also attached to the back, numbered AK 796288. 18 inches by 18 inches. Burns in-house shipping is available.
