A Collection of Vintage Michelob and Michelob Light Brewery Advertising Signs - This lot features an assortment of vintage brewery advertising signs produced for Anheuser-Busch, Inc., primarily promoting the Michelob and Michelob Light brands. Included is a large rectangular wall-mounted illuminated sign featuring a photographic transparency of a chilled Michelob Light bottle and mug. This unit was manufactured by Lakeside Ltd. of Minneapolis, Minnesota, and bears a manufacturer stamp dated May 18, 1990. The collection also includes an oval decorative wall plaque constructed of molded plastic with a wood-grain finish frame, featuring Michelob graphics, hops, and barley (Item #313-313 by KCS Industries Inc.). Two small illuminated wing signs (Item No. 451-105 by Elvam Electric Sign Co.) feature a central Michelob logo with clear acrylic side panels etched with Michelob Light graphics; one of these units has an applied Cincinnati Go Reds sticker. A trapezoidal wedge-shaped light-up sign with a wood-grain finish frame completes the collection, featuring vertical Michelob Light branding and the slogan Superior Taste in a Light Beer.
