Two Sterling Silver Items including a Floral Silver Overlay Glass Trivet and a Letter Opener - This lot features two silver decorative items including a circular trivet and a letter opener. The trivet consists of a clear glass base with a reticulated silver overlay in an ornate floral pattern of lilies or irises and foliate scrollwork. The design is in the style of the Webster Silver Co. The letter opener features a tapered sterling silver handle with a double-beaded border and a shaped terminal, paired with a stainless steel blade. Markings include STERLING HANDLE incised on the edge of the handle and STAINLESS stamped on the blade. No maker marks or hallmarks are visible on the metal rim or surface of the trivet. Trivet Diameter: 6 inches. Burns in-house shipping is available. Pickup is Friday, June 26 from 10 am to 5 pm at our gallery in Lancaster, Ohio 43130 or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
